Sherlock Holmes's sister, Ella, was a bit confused - not that she suffered from dementia or anything - she simply was a bit of an air head. She was always getting her two twins confused, even though they were fraternal, not identical, and everyone else could easily tell Patricia from Theresa. One day Sherlock's sister invited the great detective and his assistant to a piano recital that Patsy was to give the following evening. Private Money Commercial Loans Nationwide From $100,000 to $3.5MM

Do you need a lender who will allow a negative cash flow? Do you need a lender who will also look at the borrower's global income - income from salaries, other investments, etc.? Do you need a lender who will allow the seller to carry back a second mortgage? Does your client have a balloon payment coming due on his commercial property? Has your bank offered him a discounted pay-off? Does your borrower have less-than-stellar credit? Is your client's company losing money? Is your borrower a foreign national? Do you need a non-recourse loan? Do you need a commercial loan with no prepayment penalty? Is your client's commercial property partially vacant? Do all of your commercial leases run out in the next 18 months?

Our hot, new product is a blanket loan against a portfolio of rental homes. Rental homes? Yup, as long as there are at least five homes or units, we consider this to be a commercial loan. We even offer a partial release clause. This loan is ideal for speculators.

Mail Lady Joke

This is George III, the old man. Cisca and I live in the country, thirty miles from the nearest major shopping district. We therefore order a ton of stuff from Amazon.com and and WalMart.com. Every day our mail lady drops off at least three packages.

Yesterday she showed up wearing a T-shirt, with "Mail Lady" written on the back. On the front it read, “I’m not saying I’m Santa Claus. I’m just saying that no one has ever seen me and Santa in a room together.”

Large Balance Commercial Loans

Let's define large balance commercial loans as the ones larger than $5 million.

George IV and I recently went to the Western States Commercial Real Estate Finance Conference in Las Vegas. Our new commercial loan portal, CommercialMortgage.com, generated a lot of buzz. Because of the buzz, many of the big banks and big mortgage funds funds signed up to join C-Loans.com as lenders. By the end of the conference, nine large balance commercial lenders ended up joining C-Loans for the first time.

On a Personal Note

A couple weekends ago was my best friend's 30th birthday party. He is 3 months older than I, so I definitely played up the old man jokes the whole weekend. In an attempt to use the party as a venue to prove we 'still got it' despite our age, we decided to do an olympic themed birthday party. We had a mini triathlon of swimming, running, and biking set up within the little neighborhood, followed by a few less active games like corn hole (bean bags), football toss, and even badminton.

While we all had the best of intentions to prove turning 30 doesn't mean the beginning of the end, it was the 1st event of the triathlon that brought us all back down to earth. The first guy out of the pool face planted and had to go to the ER. I think it is safe to say that we all 'lost it' a long time ago!
